AgencyBrain ("the platform", "we", "us") is a campaign management system for digital advertising agencies. The platform is operated by Seo-Creative and is used to manage campaigns, analyze data, and generate reports for agency clients. Platform URL: agencybrain.co.

2. Information We Collect

The platform collects and processes the following types of data:

  • Advertising account details (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Campaign performance data (CPL, CTR, spend, leads)
  • Business client details (name, industry, goals)
  • Google Analytics and Search Console data
  • Platform user information (name, email, role)

3. How We Use Information

  • Analyzing campaign performance and generating reports
  • Generating AI recommendations to improve performance
  • Managing internal tasks and workflows
  • Improving agency services

4. Google API Data — Limited Use

When you connect a Google account (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console), the platform accesses this data in read-only mode — solely to display analytics, build performance reports, and generate recommendations for the agency managing the account. We do not modify, delete, or create data in your Google account.

The platform requests the following read-only scopes:

  • analytics.readonly — read traffic and conversion data from Google Analytics 4
  • webmasters.readonly — read organic search data from Search Console

AgencyBrain's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google data, use it to serve advertisements, or share it with third parties — except to the AI provider (Anthropic) solely for processing your request (not for model training). You can disconnect your Google account and request data deletion at any time.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We use the Anthropic Claude API for data processing and analysis. Data is transferred in encrypted form and is not retained by AI providers beyond what is needed to process the request. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

All tokens and API keys are stored in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM). Access to the platform is limited to authorized users only, with two-factor authentication. Servers are located in Germany and comply with GDPR standards.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Campaign data is retained for up to 24 months. You can disconnect any Google/Meta connection and request data deletion at any time by contacting: info@seo-c.co.il

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to data processing
